East Valley Christian School and Preschool

East Valley Christian School, a 45-year institution in San Jose's Evergreen neighborhood, faced a common challenge for long-established private schools: decades of relying on word-of-mouth referrals had left them nearly invisible online. When Principal Eddie Perez approached Cube Creative, the school's organic search presence was virtually nonexistent. Over 90% of their website traffic came from people who already knew their name. Families searching for "Christian schools in San Jose" or "private preschool near me" couldn't find them.

Cube Creative designed and built a new website for both the preschool (serving ages 2 through transitional kindergarten) and the K-12 programs. Our team developed a comprehensive SEO strategy, launched targeted Google Ads campaigns, implemented HubSpot for lead tracking and follow-up, and created a 12-month content plan to build organic visibility in one of the most competitive markets in the country.

Within six months, the results spoke for themselves. New website users increased over 900%, the school's average search position jumped from 14th to the top 10, and organic search became the leading source of new contacts. A November Open House campaign generated 336 conversions—25 times the previous month's performance. After six months, the school ranks for over 170 keywords and continues building momentum heading into each enrollment season.
