Local SEO marketing is important because it helps your business stand out. With local SEO, you can even attract consumers even if you do not have a website. You can attract clients and consumers to your premises simply by having online leads.

Since these leads are people who search for products and services your kind of business offers, these leads are also the ones with a high intent to buy.

When it comes to running a small service-based business, it can be challenging to stand out from all the other competitors in the market. According to the U.S. Small Business Administration  (SBA), in 2019 they reported that there were 30.7 million small businesses accounting for 99.9 percent of all U.S. businesses.

Now the SBA defines a small business as a firm with fewer than 500 employees. However, if we further refine that definition to fewer than 20 employees, then it makes up 89% of all businesses in the U.S. (Source: Oberlo.com)

If your business falls within the latter statistic, you know that spending your hard-earned money on ads and marketing when times get tight is usually one of the first things you want to cut. However, I am here to tell you that is the last thing you want to do.

While traditional advertising methods can be very costly and nearly impossible to measure, small businesses have never had easier access to low-cost, measurable marketing tools. The best way to market your business may be much more accessible than you think if you look to the techniques outlined here.

If you are starting a small business or have been running one for a while and are ready to grow, it means you’re more than likely doing more than you can handle. Growing a small business has never been easy. It’s stressful. Professional help from a digital marketing agency can free you from the heavy burden of trying to market your business.

The key to growing your small business in today's complex and competitive market is a powerful digital presence. Because your clients are likely to Google your company and compare you with your competition, they tend to look more closely at your competitors if you’re not on the Internet or you have a weak online presence. Creating content, sharing it on social media, and managing your website takes expertise and plenty of time.

Unless you have enough time to do all of it, you can’t do it justice or get much value out of it. For a powerful and effective online presence, you might choose to partner with a digital marketing agency. While it can be hard to find a digital marketing agency that aligns with the budget of a small business, I want to provide you with a list of things you can look for in a digital marketing agency.
